Equality
of Opportunity
Our admissions
policy is entirely non-discriminatory and we will ensure that children
are aware of the wider world in which we live and that fairness and equality
is an aim we all strive for. We will do this by making children aware
of different cultures and countries and of the universal values of love,
peace and mutual understanding.
Special Needs
Our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) has specific responsibilities
to ensure that the educational setting meets children's special educational
needs, giving the child the opportunity to be educated in a mainstream
setting. If your child has special educational needs we will be delighted
to discuss these with you.
Uniform
A simple uniform is worn at the nursery - A red polo shirt, red sweatshirt/cardigan
together with black or navy jog pants or leggings. Embroidered polo shirts
and sweatshirts can be purchased from the school. We also require the
children to wear black plimsolls or similar soft shoes during the sessions.
In the summer term girls can wear red gingham dresses and boys can wear
grey or navy shorts with their polo shirts.
Rainbow
Book Bags are also available to buy from the school.
