Who We Are

Jane and Andrew Elvin - Owners
We have lived in Little Waltham since May 2002 and we greatly enjoy living in the country. Our daughters Felicity, Philippa and Georgina attend Little Waltham Church Of England Primary School, having previously attended Rainbow Little Waltham.

Jill Andrews- School Manager Jill is an NNEB qualified Nursery Nurse, with many years experience of working with children in both a childcare and nursery setting. Jill is responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery school.
	Julia Marasovic - Deputy Manager and Montessori teacher Julia has the internationally recognised Montessori Teaching Diploma, an NVQ3 in Early Years Child Care & Education and is also the SENCo (Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator). She has worked in Motessori teaching for several years


Lorna Chaplin - Teaching Assistant Lorna successfully obtained her NVQ2 in Early Years Child Care & Education in 2003, she has been in childcare since leaving college. Lorna also has several years experience in Montessori nurseries.

Georgia Mews- Montessori Teacher
Georgia has many years experience as a qualified Montessori Teacher and originally worked with us at Rainbow when we first opened, prior to returning to the team in 2008.
